Contact Us
Whether you’re a family member seeking information and resources, a professional with a question, or someone interested in contributing to the network, we’d love to hear from you.
What we can and cannot help with
We can share information about Hikikomori, signpost to relevant services, and answer general questions about the network.
We are not a crisis service and cannot provide counselling, clinical advice, or emergency support.
If you or someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For emotional support at any time, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). For non-emergency medical help, call NHS 111.

We are a small volunteer-run network and do our best to respond to all enquiries within a few working days.
